Turn policies and procedures into training courses inside your infrastructure
VCM turns policies and procedures into a finished course: structure, slides, quizzes and exercises, then voiceover and video. It runs on your servers. Your instructional designer reviews and approves every draft.

Why a course takes weeks to produce
A course built from a company policy is still made by hand, step by step.
- A designer or several specialists manually turn the document into a script, slides, voiceover and quizzes.
- Every change to the document means rework: script, recording, editing and approval all over again.
- Approval goes in circles: instructional designer, process owner, security and other stakeholders when needed, designer again.
Why cloud AI does not help
In banks, government, healthcare and industry, cloud AI tools fail security, data residency and audit requirements. The documents stay inside, and courses are still made by hand.
How VCM works
Three steps to a finished course. And when the document changes, VCM updates only what is out of date.
Course structure
Youupload the documents.
VCMreads the document and builds modules and topics.
Youreview the structure and edit it.
Slides, narration, quizzes
VCMwrites slide texts, narration, quiz questions and exercises from the document content.
Youapprove every block before voiceover.
Voiceover and video
VCMrenders the voiceover, the video and the course files.
Youreview the result and take the course files.
When the document changes
Repeats with every policy update.
VCMrebuilds only the outdated topics; your edits are kept.
Youreview what changed, not the whole course.
How much time VCM saves
| Stage | By hand, today | With VCM |
|---|---|---|
| Draft of the structure and texts | 1–2 weeks | minutes |
| Slides, voiceover, video | 1–2 weeks | 2–4 hours |
| Finished course with expert review | 2–8 weeks | 3–5 business days |
| Update after a document change | rework of a large share of the course | hours, affected topics only |
Time with VCM depends on document size and server capacity. Most of the time goes into expert review of the content. The savings on courses built from your own documents can be measured in a pilot.
Who it is for
Organisations that build courses from internal documents and cannot let those documents leave.
Banks and fintech
Regulatory requirements change several times a year, and every change means a new course for the branch network. Product guides, fraud prevention, information security policies.
Government and closed networks
Networks without internet access and standard procedures for dozens of units. VCM runs autonomously on one virtual machine inside your infrastructure.
Healthcare, telecom, industry
Safety briefings, operating standards and procedures for shift staff and branches. The document is updated, the course is rebuilt, staff take the current version.
Corporate academies and L&D teams
Designers spend their time on expertise and review, not on assembling slides: VCM takes the draft.
Ready for IT and security requirements
VCM is designed for organisations with strict security and data-control requirements. The architecture can be verified: the diagram, the list of external connections and the image composition are provided to your IT and information security teams on request.
- Deployed inside your perimeter following our guide and with our support, without remote access to your network: one Docker image on a virtual machine. Scalable deployment (Helm) is planned.
- Documents and generated results are stored where you say.
- A local language model or a provider you approve. Can run on a network without internet access: the image and the voice models are loaded in advance. External connections only where you enable them: an external language model, cloud voiceover, web sources.
- Courses are stored in open formats, no vendor lock-in.

Discuss on a demoA pilot on your documents
Test VCM on one or two real courses built from your documents before you decide on a rollout. The pilot shows the quality of the result and the time saved on your material.
What you get
- 1–2 courses built from real corporate materials
- A report measuring the time to build your courses, with the savings estimate
- A requirements list for production deployment, support and security review
What we need from you
- 2–3 documents for the pilot courses
- Your designer's time to review the courses
- A virtual machine to our spec
- A test LMS, optional
FAQ
Request a demo
What happens on the demo
- Review of your training scenario
- A course draft from your document in front of you: structure, slide texts, quizzes
- Deployment and security requirements discussion
For the demo, one non-sensitive document of up to 20 pages is enough: we build a course on your material.
